We will handle all aspect of recruiting a star performer for your business, right up until their appointment. We will identify your recruitment goals, update your job description and advertise your position. We will advertise the job through the country's leading job boards, including Indeed and Caterer, to ensure we access the best talent available. We will sift all applications, and select candidates for an initial telephone interview. This may then be followed up with a face to face interview. We will prepare a report on each candidate and offer our recommendations on candidates who should be considered for a final interview. We will host the final interview with you, using a series of pre-prepared behavioural interview questions to select the best candidate to fit the role. We will then carry out pre-appointment screening, including DBS checks and reference checks as required.
